Refund policy

Free returns can be claimed on items that qualified for free shipping. The return must be initiated no later than 30 days from delivery. A full refund, free replacement or store credit may be claimed once the item has successfully been returned. Before organising a collection for your return, we may ask for photos of your order to confirm that the item is in an un-worn condition. Please note that the refund will only be given once the product has been received and it is physically verified to be unworn and undamaged. If the item is considered "worn", the refund and return will be void. Expedited shipping, VAT and duties are non-refundable since this money is not received by Colton James.

Note that items bought under a sale or the use of discount coupons still qualify for a refund, however the shipping cost of the item will be deducted from your refund.
