Our Chronoflex Rubber straps are crafted with superior, luxury FKM rubber and feature a sporty design emulating that of a luxury watch. FKM rubber is incredibly soft and renown for its incredible durability and resistance to the elements.

WARRANTY

All Watches and jewellery are covered by a two-year warranty. This warranty covers functional parts of the watch. The warranty excludes any form of accidental damage, damage due to negligence or misuse or general wear and tear.

SHIPPING

All orders should arrive within 1-7 working days (international) or 1-4 working days (local) after placing the order. The order will be shipped via FedEx International Express for International orders, and DPD Laser for local orders. After your order has been fulfilled you will receive tracking details to track your order as it makes its way to you.

For local orders, an overnight delivery service is available at checkout. This service only applies to major centres & suburbs in Cape Town, Johannesburg and Pretoria. Note that this also does not apply to addresses in townships or government buildings / embassies. In order to ensure same-day collection, your order needs to be placed but 12:00 midday (+2:00 CAT). If placed after this time, your order will be collected the following day using the same shipping service you selected at checkout. Collections occur on working days only, and all orders placed over weekends will be collected on Monday, or the next available working day should there be a public holiday.

Colton James (PTY) LTD is based in Cape Town, where all exports are sent from our Head office directly to the customer.

Free shipping is available on all orders over R1000.

RETURNS

Free returns can be claimed on items that qualified for free shipping. The return must be initiated no later than 30 days from delivery. We will only accept returns for unwanted items if they are unworn and in the exact same condition they were in when leaving our warehouse. Returns will not be accepted for jewellery, watches, glasses or straps that have been worn at all.

Before organising a collection for your return, we may ask for photos of your order to confirm that the item is in an un-worn condition. Please note that the refund will only be given once the product has been received and it is physically verified to be unworn and undamaged. If the item is considered "worn", the refund and return will be void. Expedited shipping, VAT and duties are non-refundable since this money is not received by Colton James.

Note that items bought under a sale or the use of discount coupons still qualify for a refund, however the shipping cost of the item will be deducted from your refund.
