Rugged Aluminium Alloy case for Apple Watch

Looking for extra protection to avoid all screen and body damage? Our Rugged Apple watch cases are designed for ultimate protection. With a two-part construction, consisting of a black TPU shell and a aluminium alloy front plate, your Apple Watch will survive the toughest of tests.

The case maintains access to all buttons and dials, and snaps into place without covering the back of the watch at all, ensuring no functionality is lost and all your favourite Apple Watch straps continue to be usable.

Protection comes at the cost of some minor added bulk to your watch, but the lightweight materials do not allow it to be heavy. We recommend pairing the case with a wider strap, such as our CloudFlex FKM Rubber straps.

Not compatible with Apple Watch Series 6 and below.

WARRANTY

All Watches and jewellery are covered by a two-year warranty. This warranty covers functional parts of the watch. The warranty excludes any form of accidental damage, damage due to negligence or misuse or general wear and tear.

SHIPPING

All orders should arrive within 1-7 working days after placing the order. The order will be shipped via FedEx International Express for International orders, and DPD Laser for local orders. After your order has been fulfilled you will receive tracking details to track your order as it makes its way to you.

For local orders, an overnight delivery service is available at checkout. This service only applies to major centres & suburbs in Cape Town, Johannesburg and Pretoria. Note that this also does not apply to addresses in townships or government buildings / embassies. In order to ensure same-day collection, your order needs to be placed but 12:00 midday (+2:00 CAT). If placed after this time, your order will be collected the following day using the same shipping service you selected at checkout.

Free shipping is available on all orders over R1000.

RETURNS

Free returns can be claimed on items that qualified for free shipping. The return must be initiated no later than 30 days from delivery. We will only accept returns for unwanted items if they are unworn and in the exact same condition they were in when leaving our warehouse. Returns will not be accepted for jewellery, watches, glasses or straps that have been worn at all.

Before organising a collection for your return, we may ask for photos of your order to confirm that the item is in an un-worn condition. Please note that the refund will only be given once the product has been received and it is physically verified to be unworn and undamaged. If the item is considered "worn", the refund and return will be void. Expedited shipping, VAT and duties are non-refundable since this money is not received by Colton James.

Note that items bought under a sale or the use of discount coupons still qualify for a refund, however the shipping cost of the item will be deducted from your refund.
